v2.15.0 - Aggiunti pulsanti Collapse All / Expand All nel menu bar degli accordion

Funziona su edit_host, bulkedit, editfolder (table.nform) e edit_ruleset
(div.foldable). Usa getTargetDoc() per compatibilità con e senza sidebar.
