feat: aggiungi pulsante disco su view.py per aprire Service Discovery host

Nelle monitoring views (view.py), aggiunge un badge 'disco' accanto
a ogni hostname nella colonna Host. Il click apre in nuova tab la pagina
wato.py?host=HOSTNAME&mode=inventory per il Service Discovery diretto.
Esteso @include a coprire anche view.py.
